These terms govern your use of Modocca, operated by ProcuraAI Limited. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Modocca lets you edit, merge, split and organise PDF files online. Editing without an account is free; downloading requires a verified free account. Free accounts include 2 document downloads in total.

Paid plans

• 24-Hour Pass — £2.99 one-time. Reasonable unlimited use for 24 hours from confirmed payment. Not a subscription.
• Modocca Pro — £5.99/month, renews automatically until cancelled. Higher usage and file-size limits. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• "Unlimited" is subject to fair-use limits to prevent abuse.

Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your content

You keep all rights to your documents. You confirm you have the right to upload and edit them, and you must not use Modocca for unlawful purposes, including forging documents or infringing others' rights.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but provide it "as is". Always keep your own copy of important files. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be shown on this page.
