Modocca ("we") is operated by ProcuraAI Limited. This policy explains what we collect when you use modocca.com and why.

Your documents

• Files you upload are stored privately and are only accessible to you (or your browser session if you have no account).
• Files without an account are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Account files are deleted automatically after their retention period (7 days on free and 24-hour access, 30 days on Pro), or immediately if you choose "Delete now".
• We do not read, sell, or use your documents to train any AI. Processing happens only to perform the action you request.

Account data

If you create an account we store your email address, name (if provided, e.g. via Google) and usage records such as how many documents you have downloaded.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, who act as our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details and billing address; we never see your full card number. We receive a record of your purchase and subscription status.

Analytics

We record simple product events (for example "file uploaded" or "download clicked") linked to your account or an anonymous session ID. We do not use third-party advertising trackers and do not record document contents.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: to keep you signed in and to identify anonymous sessions so your in-progress work stays yours.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact support@modocca.com.
