Mortgage lenders and brokers commonly ask for your latest payslips — often the last three months — along with bank statements. Uploading each file separately is fiddly, and portals often limit how many documents you can attach. Combining them into one clearly ordered PDF makes your application easier to submit and easier to review.

Drop your payslips into the box above, drag them into date order (newest first or oldest first, as your broker prefers), and click Merge PDFs. You can add bank statements or your P60 to the same file too. Pages are copied unchanged, so figures stay sharp and legible.

If a statement includes pages you don't need, use Remove pages first. Always check exactly which documents your lender asks for, as requirements vary.

Make sure every payslip is complete and legible, including the employer name, pay period and totals. Keep supporting statements in the order requested by your broker, and avoid omitting pages unless the lender agrees. Once merged, review the page count and check that no month appears twice or is missing from the bundle.

Editing is free with no signup. To download, create a free account — your first 2 downloads are on us. These documents are sensitive, so your files are stored privately, only you can open them, and they are deleted automatically.

Frequently asked questions

How many payslips do mortgage lenders usually want?

Many lenders ask for the last three months, but it varies by lender and employment type. Check with your lender or broker.

Can I add bank statements to the same PDF?

Yes. Add as many PDFs as you need and drag them into the order you want.

Are my payslips safe?

Files are stored privately, only you can open them, and they're deleted automatically. We never read or sell your documents.

My payslips are photos, not PDFs. What can I do?

This tool merges PDF files. Save or scan the photos as PDFs first, then merge them here.
